Fastighetsbyrån, Sweden’s leading real estate agency, asked Highway to develop an interior concept that would communicate their core values and combine attractive spaces for meetings and work. With more than 260 office locations, from the Arctic Circle to the south of Spain it presented a unique challenge.
// What we did
Based on a clearly defined visual identity Highway created an interior concept that emanates a welcoming openness and a sense of security through a selection of calm materials and color palette. Acting as a physical anchor in a digital age we put emphasis on every office being recognizable as an office of Fastighetsbyrån, no matter where in the world the customer visits.
As an ongoing project, Highway is helping all the franchisees adapt to and implement the concept. Making it fit varying budgets, interior spaces and individual needs, within the framework of the concept.
The end result, 265 office locations – one single, unified brand.
