Implementing a cross-european retail concept

Toyota is ranked number 5 in the annual Interbrand study, Best global brands from 2016. Toyota have been around for 80 years and is now the largest automaker in the world. We’ve been part of their journey for almost 20 years, now supporting both Toyota Motor Europe, Toyota Sweden and Toyota France among several others.

For Toyota Sweden we have implemented the most recent retail concept throughout their complete retailer network. Please find more information about this project below.

The challenge

Toyota Sweden wanted to ensure a smooth and and effective transition to the new retail concept within the decided time plan.

The process

Our team refined the concept, enabling a reduction of costs without tampering with the visual appearance. We then handled everything from procurement, production control to onsite management at each of the 88 retailers.

The result

By implementing the new retail concept across all Toyota retailers in Sweden we’ve given every Toyota customer the opportunity to experience the product lineup in an environment worthy of the Toyota brand.
